@BigToneMMA @ATTCares We were paying $360 dollars per month just for 4 lines with unlimited data. We switched to Cricket for the EXACT same service (4 lines unlimited) and we now pay only $100 dollars a month. True story. And we actually get better service now with Cricket. **** AT&T. #SurvivingATT

@ATT is a horrible company I do not recommend them. I paid my bill and they are still tryna charge me again saying I didn’t pay it.... I have bank transactions to prove it.

I'm gonna dump @ATT as my cell service I've had 3 phones in almost as many months. This one is a month and a half old and the charger port is busted and barely taking a charge. When I bought it they told me 50 dollars for the unlimited package at the store. Got the bill it was

What a scam @DIRECTV is running! They put people, without asking, on auto renewal for seasonal programming and charge you BIG! The scam is they never fix the issue when you call. Terrible foreign customer service! @ATT I'm out!

@ATTHelp The exact issue is that the guide works normally and displays listings through 4/30/22 but the scheduled recordings only shows series recordings scheduled through 4/20/22.

@ATT can you help me ! I traded in a device worth more than 300$ on December and we added three new lines to the account ! Since an old line left the account within 90 days of my promotion beginning , my trade in promotion was cancelled. @ATT don’t you think this unfair? Help me

@Xfinity and their horrible, terrible service strikes again. Barely works— when it does its in and out all day and Ive called, reset, scheduled a tech (that did not show up). Thx for ruining family time tonight! @ATT I am calling u tomorrow….

@ATTHelp U-VERSE tv is not scheduling series recordings to record. I found an old post describing exact same issue occurring in Midwest and San Diego a few years ago.@ATT eventually solved the bug with a server update. Can you connect me with some1 who can recreate the solution?
