Shirley Evelyn Jean Holt, daughter of the late Lloyd and Myrtle Mae (Moore) Holt, was born August 18, 1958, in Harrison, Arkansas, and passed away October 31, 2016, at the age of 58, in Cameron. He was a graduate of Southwest Missouri State University and attended the University of Missouri School of Law, graduating in May of 2000.

He was an active member at Bible Baptist Temple and really loved the Lord. As an avid reader, he earned the nick name "Booky." He was a member of the Boy Scouts, attaining the level of Eagle Scout. He is preceded in death by: his father, George Mosher; paternal and ma- ternal grandparents; nu- merous aunts and uncles. He was born March 11, 1941, in Elwood, Kansas. Cecil graduated from Lafayette High school, class of 1960. He worked at Wire Rope for 40 years, re- tiring in 2004. He was a member of the United Steel Workers Local 5783. He enjoyed bowling, and was involved with the American Bowling Con- gress for over 20 years.

Cecil loved to take vaca- tions and travel with his family. He was always offer- ing his helping hand, loved animals, garage sales, auc- tions and his flannel shirts. He was an avid hunter and tinkered with small en- gines in his free time.
